INTEGRATIVE THERAPY

Guiding You On the Path of Self-Healing

I offer one on one Integrative Therapy sessions which are intended to help you to understand yourself and your story while working to improve areas of your life where you may be struggling.  We are not meant to heal alone. Relationships are often the places where the most healing and growth can happen. This includes the relationship you have with yourself and with others.  Relationships where you can share your truth and to know you are not alone in your struggles.  Counselling can help you to see yourself clearly and to help you move through your fear and pain. I am here to support you every step of the way and help you to implement various techniques to help you develop new approaches towards all of life’s most complex matters.

My intention is to support you in growing, learning and changing and doing so from a compassionate and loving place. 

I work to help manage issues such as anxiety, depression, addictions, relationship issues, work challenges.  

In the sessions I utilize Mindfulness, Meditation, Yoga, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Inner Child work and Reiki, as based on your needs and interests. My intention is to help support you in deepening your awareness and compassion for yourself in order to help you move forward in the direction you desire.

I am currently offering virtual or phone sessions.

$120 for 60 minutes

In person at Modo Yoga Uptown 

$150 for 60 minutes
