Michelle Karkic is a yoga teacher based in Toronto, Canada specializing in vinyasa, yin, and yoga therapy. Her teaching stems from her belief that by noticing and acknowledging the limits in the body, we are able to let go of and move past the limits in the mind.

Through the practice of yoga you will begin to tune into your own body and become aware of habitual patterns. This awareness will help you to move past any blocks or limits that you may be facing in your life.

Michelle teaches group classes and provides one-on-one yoga for students in the Toronto and Etobicoke area.
